DU's library- AKA Penrose- is FINALLY being revamped. It has been a long time coming as it was in desperate need of a face lift. Fortunately, DU has been successful in raising funds and we have been watching the transformation take place right in front of our eyes.
Now- we are just awaiting the unvailing. Today as I walked past the building and was giving a mini campus tour, a curious parent asked me when it is suppose to be done. Well, I replied by December, hopefully this is NOT wishful thinking. A library is essential to any college campus and I want to thank the DU students for their patience & flexibility- not that we really had a choice.
